This page explains the information used by this website’s enquiry features, article comments and embedded content.
What the form asks for
Name, email and project details are required to discuss a project. Business name, phone or WhatsApp number, service choice, budget and timeline are optional. If you choose a package, its name is included with your enquiry.
Before you send anything
Text entered in the form stays in the current page until you submit it or download a brief. The form does not automatically save your draft in browser storage. Closing or reloading the page can lose unsent information.
Sending an enquiry
Online submissions are currently disabled. Entering information or downloading a brief does not send it to Palena Digital.
Please share only information relevant to your project. Do not include passwords, payment card details or sensitive records.
Downloading your brief
A text file is created in your browser and downloaded to your device. It is not uploaded by the download action. You control where the file is kept and whether you share it. Anyone with access to that file can read its contents.
Email and WhatsApp
If these contact options are available, selecting one opens your email application or WhatsApp. Information you choose to send is then handled by that service and used to discuss your request. A general WhatsApp contact link includes your selected service or package. The “Continue in email” and “Continue in WhatsApp” actions include the brief you entered in the form. Selecting those actions shares that text with your chosen application; you decide whether to send the message there.
Article comments and embedded content
Comments and replies are sent to Palena Digital’s WordPress CMS. WordPress stores your comment, name, email address and technical information such as your IP address and browser details for moderation and spam prevention. Approved comments and your display name appear publicly; your email address is not displayed.
The comment form offers an optional cookie to remember your details. Articles may load videos, audio, avatars or other content from external providers, which receive requests from your browser and may use their own cookies. Avoid putting private information in a public comment.
Website measurement
We use Google Analytics to understand page visits and actions such as opening our email or WhatsApp contact options. Google Analytics uses cookies and receives technical information about your browser and device. We do not send enquiry text, names, email addresses or phone numbers through our analytics events. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in our website tag. Embedded WordPress and third-party content can load their own scripts. A hosting provider may maintain technical request logs as part of operating the website.
You can block analytics using your browser settings or the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. Read Google’s privacy policy for information about how Google handles data.
