The work behind the result

What we deliver

  • An agreed kit design direction
  • Front and back artwork for the agreed garments
  • Placement of supplied badges, sponsors and numbers
  • Final artwork prepared to your manufacturer’s specifications

This is a design service. Garment manufacture, sampling and delivery are handled by your chosen supplier.

How we approach the work

Keep the club at the heart of the kit.

01

Start with the colours and character

We take your badge, history, colours and references into the design brief. The kit should feel connected to the people wearing and supporting it.

02

Work through the garment details

Review front and back artwork, sponsor placements, names and numbers. The number of garments and design variations is confirmed before the work begins.

03

Prepare for your manufacturer

Final artwork follows your supplier’s templates and requirements. Production, sizing and samples stay with the manufacturer, so those details are confirmed together.

Plan your investment

KSh 10,000–25,000

Indicative budget per kit concept. Your written quote confirms the final scope, fees and any applicable taxes.

What this budget covers

One home or away concept, front/back artwork and two revision rounds; manufacture excluded.

Advertising spend, third-party subscriptions, hosting, domains and production costs are separate unless expressly included.

Shaped around your project

A kit with your club at its heart.

Good kit artwork balances team identity with the practical details of production. The design needs to make sense on a garment, not just on a screen.

01

Make the colours yours

We explore how your club colours, history and preferred style can shape a distinctive home or away design without losing the team’s identity.

02

Plan every placement

Badges, sponsor logos, player names and numbers need room to work together. We agree their positions and account for the garment areas available.

03

Work with your manufacturer

Supplier templates and production guidance help determine panel layouts, print areas and final file requirements. These are confirmed before artwork is prepared.

Before we begin

What to bring
to the conversation.

  • Club colours and a clear club badge file
  • Approved sponsor logos and required placements
  • Garments needed: shirt, shorts or a wider kit
  • Your manufacturer’s template and artwork specifications
Ready for the next step

A useful handover.

You receive the agreed front and back designs and production artwork. Your manufacturer should confirm fit, materials and colours with a sample before a full order; manufacturing and fulfilment are separate from the design service.

Final deliverables and included support are written into your project scope before work starts.
